Population health research

Our population health research aims to develop interventions to better the health of children in the community.

Our population health research is focused on the pressing health issues of children in urban and remote areas, especially improving the health of Indigenous children. With a strong research focus aimed at improving health services for children in Australia through research programs aimed at understanding the social and environmental factors that influence children health and well-being. Collaboration between our hospital services and partners is key to delivering impact to our young populations across Australia.
