SONG (Standardised Outcomes in Nephrology) is an international initiative hosted within the Centre for Kidney Research aiming to support kidney disease research by establishing agreed standardised set of outcomes or core outcome sets.
Impact
- Our core outcomes are developed by patients, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, policy makers, and relevant stakeholders. They have increased the value and relevance of research and trials to support clinical and treatment decision-making.
- Our core outcomes have been recommended by many groups, including funding agencies, trial registries and journals.

Biography
Director - Clinical. Allison Jaure (nee Tong) is a Principal Research Fellow and holds an Australian NHMRC Investigator Award. She has an interest in patient involvement in research, like research priority setting, research core outcomes development and clinical trial co-production.
